EFUND POLICY — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Every product in this store is a digital download (PDF field guides and
novels) delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files cannot be
"returned" once accessed, all sales are generally final. That said, we stand
WE WILL GLADLY REFUND OR REPLACE YOUR PURCHASE IF:
• The file is defective — corrupt, incomplete, or won't open. We'll send a
working copy first; if we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
• You were charged twice, or accidentally bought the same product more than
once — the duplicate is refunded in full.
• The product is materially not as described on its product page.
Contact us at dludlulungile08@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your
order number and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are
processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days,
Change of mind after the download has been accessed, or dissatisfaction with
freely previewable details (page count, topic coverage listed on the product
page). If you're unsure whether a guide is right for you, email us before
buying — we'd rather answer questions than process disputes.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer
Protection Act or other applicable consumer law.
